50% Monatstrell, 30% Cabernet, 20% Grenache
Red Raspberry, blueberry, plum, floral, straw, graphite, pepper.
Needs 2 hour decant to start showing its best. Starts off tight, big fruit and big black notes, and eventually unwinds showing its layers. Fruit is plush and round, tannins are fine. Delicious now.

Otherwise it makes for a good wine to pair with food. Blend of Monastrell (50%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Garnacha Tintorera (20%).
