Black fruit, black cherry, vanilla and medium tannins....a nice find

Friday Cab á la @"Odedi": This youthful inky oaky chewy black currant blueberry high-alcohol medium-acid long-fruity-finish wine relaxed me into the bone marrow and made for a wonderful end to a long hard week! Salut!

Ruby not very concentrated color with purple hues; nose is full or fruit, oak and mint, but lacks deeper layers except a hint of chocolate; taste is high in alcohol with smooth tannins, medium acids and has a ripe fruit-driven character. Good length and balance, but not too exciting.

Plum and tannins. Needed meaty dinner. 🍖

Nice texture. Great for New Year

Strong dark cherry. I think solid body but wife thinks light. Some alcohol heat at the finish. Great value for price.

Great cab we found at discount. Complex bouquet with vanilla and dark fruit on the mouth. Good tannin & structure and a moderate finish.
