Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

2022 dinner with The Rabbits.

Really liked this cab. One of the smoothest I’ve tried, bold, not overly fruit forward.

Ripe, rich, round, and concentrated with juicy black fruit, next to cinnamon, nutmeg, cedar, vanilla, dill, and leather notes; also high alcohol and velvety tannins.

Found it dry at first taste but paired great with steak and scallops. It has a flavor profile I prefer in a cab sav. Definitely recommend this wine.

Cedar, plum, leather, cinnamon, and violet. Dark, rich, and big.
