Effervescent. Juicy and tangy. Not much fruit. Bit of wet dog. Still refreshing though with great packaging and organic transparency.

Tried 2 bottles. An interesting “orange wine” made similar to red wine, fermented on its skins for several days resulting in higher flavor concentration with some tannin structure. Pale Copper color with aromas of citrus and floral notes. On the palate flavors of melon, orange citrus, spice and honeysuckle. Medium+ finish, refreshing, lively acidity, tangy, has some depth to the ending, goes well with food, must try, consistent quality, good value.

Very one note. A little bit of floralness but the finish dies down. There's some minerality but the carbonation is much lower than anticipated. Decent.

Light. Stone fruit. Just barely effervescent. Lacking the funk and excitement of many skin contact wines. A pleasant, quaffable, low ABV wine, but nothing remarkable.
