A nice contrast to the Taittinger. This is also about structure but this one is giving you a much greater insight into what it has to offer. Consistent notes similar to the last bottle I posted a few weeks back.

Extremely developed, I really don't thing Rosé is ever meant to be aged for too long, indicative of the roundness of the vintage.
