Dec 7th, 2016Damn. What a pleasure to drink. Drank better when it warmed slightly from cellar temperature. Also after it breathed for a bit (15 or so mins). Big red fruit taste; raspberries and strawberries. Slight spice on the nose. Acidic and astringent. Long finish with great mouth feel.
