Les Bruyères Chardonnay

Initial hit of matchstick reduction that still slightly lingered after in the glass for some time. Toasted butterscotch, caramel apple, ripe kiwi on the nose.

Lemongrass, racy acid, ripe kiwi and toasted asted butterscotch is still there, creme brulee with lemon zest.

Really intriguing reduction, likely mercaptans. I have a feeling this wine will drink quite similarly for many years to come. Savory and dense but great energy.

An old favorite.
