Delicious with light to med body and crisp vegetal taste. Somewhat peppery.

Tomato stalk roasted in a dark molé. Wow. Great deep nose governing this hefty richness of dark layers and oak, same olfactory characteristics showing through in the flavor profile. Dig it.

Full bodied, dark fruits on nose with a touch of minerality, blackberry and coffee on palate with a tiny bit of raw green pepper. Not on top tier but very enjoyable!

Complex taste here. Would gladly have this again.

Very vegetal upon opening but mellowed in the glass. Peppery in the mouth, also red fruits and pepper nose. The finish is a little thin. But has good flavor and easy to drink. Had with chicken fajita rice bowls. Maybe not the best pair but it seems to accommodate it fine.

Earthy flavor. Notes of mushrooms and savory herbs. Soft tannins.

Big and tannic but well-balanced. Definitely opens up with a little decanting. Tasting notes on the bottle say, “Blackberry, herbal, nutmeg,” but I get more plum, cherry and barnyard.

Dark cherry/berry, dark chocolate, pepper. Opens up nicely & improves, lovely legs. Worth another bottle!
