Looking for a Pinot alternative? So prefer to spend my $20 here. Consistently awesome vintage after vintage.

Quite lovely. Balanced acidity, tannins, medium finish. Floral/leather/tobacco nose. The texture of pinot noir, the colour and tannic grip of Barolo, and the lushness and vibrancy of Sangiovese. Beautiful work.

Light bodied, red cherry, earthy with some iron, med-plus tannin and acidity. Opens with time, easy pairing with food.

I wanted to like this more than I did. Decent pairing with deep dish pizza.
