A great sparkler for summertime sipping and a bargain to boot. Beautiful pink color, generous bubbles and a fruity aroma but a nice dry flavor and finish. Tastes about five times what it cost, and regardless of the cost is a real pleasure to drink. 70% Trepat and 30% Garnacha. Never heard of Trepat before but I find it delightful.

If you're thinking super sweet, think again. This Brut isn't overly dry making it a nice bubbly for people who don't care for typical cava.

Totally drinkable. A little sweet. A little bit tart. Refreshing and crisp. At comfortably below $10, I'd call this a bargain!
