Oak is stealing the show at this moment; really shows best at room temperature. Nutty, lemon curd, sweet vanilla. An interesting one to watch, and revisit tomorrow.

Mar 13th, 2015Splendid. Criticism of “butter bomb” is highly misplaced. This wine, 2012, has aged perfectly and the palette exudes the roundness and refinement for a great French Chardonnay!!!!!!!!

Totally agree with Kaitlin comment. Good balance, but would like to see the oak recede.
