Straw yellow with a nose of apricot and sweet golden delicious apple. Fairly acidic in the most pleasing way, at the sweeter end of the spectrum with a delightful fizz on the finish. A light texture coupled with this fizz make for exemplary mouth feel. Absolutely delicious.
