Continuing with CA winery tastings. This is 100% Cabernet from Estelle Vineyards. Dark red with ripe dark fruit aromas, with a light spice on the nose. The palate shows Jammy blackberry and cherry flavors on a backbone of smooth tannins. Well balanced this wine is great to drink now if you can get one. Tasting Sample.
