Montepulciano d' Abruzzo

Nice taste but a little juicer than I normally like. Nips at the tip of your tongue but goes down smoothly.

Wine Advent(ure) #9. Dry and tannic. Stone fruits and a slight earthiness.

Ah wine advent night 9 - Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Yum - I do like the Italians the best.

Another wine Advent Calendar wine. I believe this is day 12, and was chosen to pair with pizza.
On the nose red cherry and tomato leaf. Sour, red cherry and soil on the palate. Medium finish.
