Delightful wine that paired even with sauerkraut and asparagus. We had it with orchestra and its light, cherry-fruit approach l, followed by acidity and just the lightest touch of mineral on the finish. If it reminds you of orange wine that’s because they make it in amphorae like the Georgians.
