Dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, oak, spices, vanilla and white pepper.
Medium on the finish with bitter herbs and spices.
This is a nice surprise. This Californian chardonnay is not too oaky and kind of gentle. Well balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food. Showing mild complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
I paired it with caviar, cheeses and crackers.

Does not feel like a typical Chardonnay but we found it pleasing to the palate in a gentler, crisper way.

I greatly enjoyed this wine. My wife and I had it with roasted chicken and sweet potatoes. It is mild and a bit fruity with a very light, pleasant sweetness.
