Light and very clean Burgundian style Pinot noir. Aromas of strawberries and raspberries with an earthy slightly spicy clove anise finish. You can tell the vines had a superb soil and climate. Fruit tastes like it's been kissed by a cool salty breeze. For $20 excellent!

Nose is beautiful with some dark florals, bing cherry, fresh strawberry, and some herbaceousness. Palate is light off the bat with fresh acidity and tart cherry notes.. Over time in the glass it gets rounder and more enjoyable and scents of cardamom, white pepper, and rhubarb emerge.. Needs time and food.

A solid #pinotnoir from #santabarbara - balanced, refined, with spice, red fruits, and nice acid.

Must have been good, we drank it all before the wine was identified!

I get the rhubarb, definitely, but much later on. Early impression: VERY salty, limestone, peppered cherry. To drink on--perhaps not. Interesting, but not sure if I'd buy again @ $20.

Has the earthiness of a mid+ level Bourgogne wine. Mellow red fruits and wet leaves on the nose and palate. The herbaceous character weighs this one down a bit though.

Finishing off our north to south Pinot tasting with this one. Decent, enjoyable, middle of the road for me.
