Was expecting a California butter bomb but instead got a pleasantly aromatic Chardonnay that was mostly fermented on stainless steel. This is a nice and affordable wine for someone looking for an “in between” style.

Nice drawing on the label. Color of straw with just a hint of green. Smells like it has some oak. Hint of citrus. Flavors are pretty classic Chard, but balanced. Citrus with a hint of honey. Kinda reminds me of the Chenin Blanc I had yesterday. It’s an elevated type of CA Chardonnay.
