Rarely post beer, but I was blown away by the level of balance and harmony going on here.

This is the real beer, from Alpine, not Green Flash, picked up at the brewery, much better, not as good as their Nelson, but very good

Jul 16th, 2016Fresh bottle, re- review, still almost the same, again this Green Flash beer, not Alpine, still very good, but not like the one you can only get at Alpine Brewery, that goes for all the beers you see on the shelf, very disappointing, that they did not keep the true recipe when the merger took place of Green Flash and Alpine, why? I do not know, the only thing must be to keep down the cost, well that is a bad thing, because this brewery, had some of the best beers in the world, and to down Grade them is a big mistake, so lower points for that

Jul 16th, 2016Word is that there's a global shortage of Nelson Sauvin hops, thus they are not bottling Nelson at the moment. Duet is pretty good.

May 30th, 2016~52°F. Sudsy head with vigorous, coarse carbonation. Pine foundation with lavender, rose water, and black tea layered on top. Fantastic.
