10' Alban Vineyards Reva Syrah. I decanted it for 5 hours. Please wait a few years before opening a bottle. John is a genius!!!

Super deep garnet red. Nose is coated in olives and light red cherries. The palate is rounded and layered, delicious. Tons of red berries on the palate. Needs more time on the palate.

Big!!! Tons of dark fruit, oak and alcohol. Maybe with a ribeye or lamb roast, definitely needs meat.

All Dark Fruit, oak really well integrated, would suggest waiting for another 5+ years, after about 5 hours was just starting to show some Secondary characteristics!! Definitely a treat and should only get better!!

Big. Needs more time to soften unless you like it big. Well balanced. Rich. This played nicely with duck and beef

Pretty, pretty, pretty good. Even after the waitress dropped the bottle on the floor before opening it.
