On the decline, rather surprisingly, given the vintage. Nose- pleasant but all earth tones, Palate thin, wonky & lacking balance. Acidified? Storage issue? Strange having read other '09 comments?

My favorite producer of Crozes Hermitage. Deep dark color with black cherry, creosote, iron, game bird, garrique very complex, spicy, black pepper on the finish. Need to buy more of this vintage.
