Enjoyed a 12-hour pit roasted pig BBQ with friends and #SaxumVineyards#SaxumVineyards#SaxumVineyards was the star. The 2009 #Saxum Broken Stones #Syrah blend was fantastic! Open at least 6 hours prior to tasting to soften. This dark beauty is juicy, deep and weighty. Wonderful minerality, earthiness with spice, blackberry and licorice.
