Merry Christmas!!
1hr-+ decant. Dark red color. Cedar, dark cherries, and subtle pencil shavings on the nose. Drinking at its apex! Could be mistaken for a high end Bordeaux. Silky texture, juicy but elegant with lovely terroir, and complex. Nice depth and long finish. This is right in my wheelhouse!!

Wow! PnP. Lovely dark red color. Cedar, anise, dark cherries, cigar box, and a hint of pepper. Could mistake for a classic Bordeaux. Great texture and depth on the palate with the cedar and rustic fruit coming through in an integrated fashion. Medium plus finish. Wish it wasn’t my last bottle :( — 17 days ago
Merry Christmas!!
375ml. Translucent dark gold color with subtle orange hues. Beeswax, honeysuckle, and butterscotch on the nose. Past prime but I like it and maybe this is how it’s supposed to be. Gets better with air. Nice depth and a long finish. — 11 days ago

30+ minute decant and needed a lot more. Lovely dark red color. Great nose that paired Napa and Bordeaux elements. Wine was tight and young, but juicy with a silky texture. Baking spices dominated. All the components were there but either needs a ton of air or a lot more age. — 2 days ago
