Blend of Corvina (60%), Rondinella (30%) and Molinara (10%). Dark ruby/purple color with a garnet rim. Ripe red and black fruit aromas with notes of herbs and spices. Flavors of ripe cooked black cherries, cocoa powder, roasted herbs, orange zest and a hint of pepper spice. Long and slightly sweet finish. Mild tannins and acidity. Velvety texture and quite bright. Flavors of ripe and concentrated black berry/cherry/currant fruit with a hint of dark chocolate and a nice herbal note. Pleasant touch of sweetness on the long finish.
