Great blended malt scotch. Slightly sweet. — 5 years ago
Very peaty, campfire smoke hits the nose immediately. There’s a hint of raisin and some tar, then a long saline finish. One of the best Islay’s I’ve had. It is a beast; consider yourself warned if you prefer a lighter or fruitier flavor profile. — 7 years ago

One of the smoothest, most flavorful whiskies I have tried. — 5 years ago
Solid product, but lacks depth. Heat is pleasant but not overpowering. The vanillin on the other hand is overpowering. — 7 years ago
Creamy smooth with incredible nice finish. One of the best I have ever had. For the price however I would take Michters 20 — 8 years ago
Everything you'd hope a bourbon would be. Strong notes of dark wood and honey, with a certain vital Je ne sais quoi that my untrained palette has trouble detecting. — 4 years ago
Not bad for Kentucky Bourbon — 5 years ago
Beautiful bourbon, nice amount of oak, brown sugar, vanilla and easy to drink. — 6 years ago
So subtle - dried orange peel, potpourri and creamed corn - a delight, thank Hugh — 6 years ago
Another gift from a new Kentucky friend: fairly hi-octane mellowed by Port wine barrel aging, shows a darker amber color, mellow woody flavors, some spice, orange peel, vanilla, mocha, roasted chestnuts among other myriad notes. Nice finish - a Bourbon that needs some H2O to cut the ALC to highlight aromatics. — 7 years ago

Wow what an amazing blend of a sweet bourbon finish paired with a strong bourbon aroma right at the start of the sip. This wine is well priced for the great complexity of flavor. Anyone who enjoys whiskey or bourbon will be delighted with this one. — 4 years ago
