Nice choice (though I say so myself) to farewell an extended (sunny) Christmas break. Pronounced and intriguing nose with floral notes (apple and citrus blossom), fresh stone and citrus fruit, earthy tones and (VA interaction?) some delicious Armagnac suggestions. Fresh, clean and medium bodied in the mouth, easy flow and gently grippy, then with awesome pull through the long, limey finish. Lovely wine. — 8 years ago
Vintage 2011, cardinalpurple, velvety structure, minerals in the nose, hand picked grapes, ripened in wood, very nice wine indeed! — 9 years ago
Not drastically lighter than the spätlese trocken, but it's certainly a different experience. Bracingly acidic and dry, but rather than being tense or nervy, it's lively and constantly moving. Cherries, pears, white flowers, and wonderfully green. Winzer Weber's wines are a delight. — 11 years ago

Refreshing, off dry white with just the right touch of fizz. Best $13 value in several months. Nicer on day 1 chilled. — 9 years ago

Exceptional dry white...light, very easy to drink, great early or with non tomato based pasta. Easy to polish off a bottle! — 11 years ago

Pear, lime and white peaches are a bit overshadowed by GV's classic peppery complexion. Grassy notes of fennel stocks, white pepper, and green tea fill in where the gripping acidity leaves off. A touch of effervescence doesn't hurt either. — 8 years ago
