I love all things Saxon Brown. I've tried almost all of their wines, and the Parmelee-Hill did not disappoint. — 8 years ago
Overall taste of squash with notes of walnut and pecan, or nutty with squash notes depending on the glass. Slightly buttery, and overally very flavourful and powerful. I loved it. Perhaps oaked Chardonnays are my thing?

Darker than 2007. Floral, strong tannins, more spices — 9 years ago
Tropical and citrus fruit with notes of peach and balanced acidity. Incredible example of Finger Lakes Riesling, 2014 is a great year for FLX Riesling too. — 9 years ago
Great Franc! — 10 years ago
My wife and daughter love this Riesling. They prefer this over the semi-dry version. A good wine with subtle hints of pear. Excellent with fish. — 8 years ago
Wonderful full bodied Canadian red. Great balance of tannins and acidity, lovely warm fruity finish. If you want to show off the best of Canadian red this would be a good choice. — 9 years ago
Chef recommended at girl and fig in Sonoma - very smooth, light, fruity (berries), mildly sweet — 9 years ago
This wine is very racy and succulent! Rich, beautiful red fruits, maraschino cherry(not the cheep-o cherries at your local dive bar..true maraschino cherries), mocha, allspice, vanilla bean, smooth tannins, medium plus body, and a very nice lingering finish! Overall, a fantastic red blend from Alexander Valley! I give this a 92! Drinks similar to their Dry Creek single vineyard cab without the heavier backbone of the cab! — 9 years ago
