Very Chablis-like. So reductive, probably too much in its youth but with great potential. It’s quite linear, angular, but with a long mineral driven finish. Would love to age it — 4 years ago

The expressive nose shows ripe peach, apricot, coconut, dried white flower, roasted almond, and hint of honey. The medium to full body is richly textured with great depth of flavors echoing the nose, yet mange’s to be nimble enough. Long elegant finish.
From selected parcels from the estate vineyards at the highest elevation, This is an exuberant yet graceful chard. Super delicious. — 4 years ago

Almost 2 years since I’ve had this. What a wine. Gorgeous nose of herbal vegetables that are so so fresh. Dynamic mineralIty on the nose with also a hint of fat. Palate is elegant and mineral with wonderful juiciness and a haunting opulent yet undeniably fresh texture. Age has really helped this be fully expressive. Great balance and purity. — 5 years ago

Lovely nose. Cherry flowers and spatburgunder. Palate is so fresh. Lovely bright cherry with some depth. Very very Juicy. Mineral. Nice long finish with a hint of licorice. Really really delicious. This is an early ripening variant of Pinot noir. Bought from Fass Selections. Some savory elements starting to come out at 60 minutes. Oh Wow. It’s getting even better. Nose is chambolly. Palate has awesome texture. Sweet fruit. Mineral. Spice. Wow. — 7 years ago

Cahill earns her place on the rich end Of the spectrum and the 2012 vintage shows that character especially well. Ripe orchard fruits. Apricots. Cultured butter. Brioche. Abv is warm but the style supports it. — 10 years ago
Lemon creme brûlée and bruised yellow apples. Slightly too much malo for me but very bright for what it is — 10 years ago
