My favorite red of the day. Mimicked #1 in that I got a lot of new world/RRV characteristics to it. Cedar, cola, Bing cherry notes. Thought possibly Oregon. Very Burgundian, but with a more fruit forward palate. Excellent. — 9 years ago

Nice gold-straw color. Nose is a little obscure at cellar temp but light citrus and tropical fruit really shine as the wine warms a bit. Bright acidity on the tongue Great mouthfeel-- almost chardonnay like. A lot of Malo for an Alsace which makes the wine a little heavy. Would go great with any white fish.
