Lovely union of age & integrity. Fruit, structure, earth, & balance. At its peak. Will last at most for 2 years. # 2 of 3 bottles. Delicious. Glad I waited. Aerated & decanted for 2 hours. Enjoyed with a 50 day aged prime sirloin steak. — 5 years ago

Great fruit condition, bright and fresh and vibrant and all the things you want in red juice. The ripe quality translates from nose to palate and right now that's what I want. A little confected, a little spice. This wine feels like it's quenching my thirst but it's doing the opposite. Young and fun and optimistic and liberal minded. Reminds me of a skincare model with a symmetrical face and a natural glow and you want to not love her because she's too perfect but you can't help it, no one can, she's just too loveable!🍓🍒🍰 — 7 years ago
Bright raspberries. Very dry. Really clean. Nice pet nat. — 4 years ago
It's a beautiful wine. Deep and intense. The tannins are strong so it needs a long decantation (2 hours). The nose is very fruity: a blackcurrant, a plum with some sweet liqueur. Then the palate with a chocolate and a leather. The composition is perfect. More fruit, more earthy notes and it would be perfect. — 5 years ago

Perfect medium dry sparkling wine. Goes great with food or by itself — 6 years ago
Color : White
Wine estate : Coca I Fitó
Designation : Terra Alta
Name : Jaspi d'Or
Country : Spain
Vivino : 4/5
Note : With 80% of Grenache Blanc, it's almost like a white Châteauneuf. A golden robe, a peachy nose. Once in the mouth, the floral side is revealed with candied citrus notes. Beautiful minerality and expression. — 7 years ago
Tasted at winery. Good minerality. More fruity than Mogador. 100% carinena. Tight/closed aromatics despite being fruity. First time with 100% carinena. — 8 years ago
Concentrated dried red fruits. Lonnggg finish. Surprisingly medium+ acidity. — 8 years ago
Deep rich purple in color. Mustiness on open that blew off over 20 minutes. Earth, grilled meat, with a layer of stewed strawberry vanilla on top, the remaining wood component will continue to convert to tertiary flavors with additional age. Dry with medium acidity, medium plus alcohol, medium plus tannins, with a lengthy finish with a lingering chalky white pepper. This wine is excellent and will improve.
This was my 2nd bottle and review of this wine. The notes are fairly consistent but the mustiness was not present in the first. Interesting.

Cherry and cheery/ sour than sweet. Really good. Paired well with a bolo for dinner and obsessive tackle boxes organization. — 5 years ago
