For Thanksgiving dinner. Went very well with the turkey! Complex and round. Reconciled me with the DL wines. — 6 years ago
This is a Burgundy that needs to breathe, as both the nose and the taste expand exponentially over time. At first taste I was not impressed. While the initial nose was pleasing, I thought it was only average. I was distracted by other things and came back to it about 30 minutes later. The difference was nothing short of amazing; complex cherry, currants and dark chocolate wafted through my nose and it was both smooth and delicious. Zero aftertaste with a good balance between tannins and acidity. — 6 years ago

Very rounded, with a complex mix of floral fruit and minerality. To my mind much better than their “La Borne” Grand Cru Dézaley which seemed a bit hollow in comparison. — 5 years ago

Best Chardonnay I ever tasted. Don't usually like Chardonnay and this was beautiful florals and a touch of citrus. No bite very smooth. — 9 years ago
Martinez
Entry-level Chasselas by Luc Massy, a historic producer from the village of Epesses in Lavaux (right on the shore of Lake Geneva, about 6 miles southeast of Lausanne). Pale gold color. Discreet nose with subtle aromas of pear, bake apple and vanilla. Light-bodied, round, delicate. Low acidity, subtle minerality. Great breakfast wine, as they say around here. — 2 years ago
