In Aix at a table outside at Le Chastel, this rosé taste formidable. — 8 years ago
2014 Roussanne from a Texas winery, winemaker Benedicte Rhyne from Aix-en-Provence. Not current vintage, although current vintage is sold out too! This one sells out fast, and no question why. Acid up front is more attenuated, peach and kiwi have started to replace lemongrass and honeydew noted a year ago. This is the first Texas white I have been confident to age a year or longer. Based on this expression today, I have a feeling this one has a lot more ahead, quite easily! Nice finish with sharper acidity. Cheers! — 8 years ago
I love this wine. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s an excellent rose with a dose of sweetness from the addition of unfermented juice. If you’re expecting a Aix en Provence style Rose this is not the wine you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a delicious Rose on a hot Australian afternoon, this is it. — 3 years ago

we loved this! had it with dinner in Aix en Provence. Rich but not overly buttery, lemony finish. This was Ben’s fave! It’s Cote de Beaune — 7 years ago
Fraises, watermelon. Fine structure and minerality. Racy and refreshing, with that little extra you expect from Coteaux d'Aix. Textbook. #chateaurevelette #grenache #roséfordays #aix — 8 years ago
Rosé for my white half; Hassan Minajj for my brown half. #diversity — 8 years ago
I almsot don't want to post this one...too good for the $ and a case buy no brainer...more Bandol than Aix given the texture and flavor. Then you see the cepage and 😮💣💥
Grenache Gris is 50%, a white grape, but it works so well with the remaining 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Carignan, 5% Cinsault, 5% Mourvèdre — 9 years ago
2019 vintage. After an hour ready to drink.

Nice Provence rose.
From the label:
COTES DE PROVENCE ROSE
Owned by the Quiot family from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the 200 acre estate lies at the foot of Mont Sainte Victoire near Aix-en-Provence. Its winemaking facilities have been completely renewed over the past 3 years.
This is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre.
Special efforts are made to preserve freshness and fruit by the use of CO2 gas to exclude oxygen during the harvest. This is a fresh rosé with a pretty salmon-pink color, elegant flavors of red berries, mineral notes and a clean finish. Serve this wine lightly chilled. Very nice on its own, it goes well with most dishes, specially sushi, salads, pizza and mild cheeses. — 3 years ago
