Another vintage of an interesting and unusual white version of Tempranillo. Dark golden color. Aromas of melon, white flowers and dried grass. Flavors of cantaloupe, raw almonds and pie dough. Nice touch of chalky minerality on the long finish. Crisp acidity with a viscous and creamy texture. Medium bodied and excellent length. Totally food friendly. Very dark colored rose, almost like a Beaujolais in the glass. A deep nose of red raspberry and plum. Juicy and big on the palate with loads of black fruits and a touch of pepper on the back end.
