Very surprising for only $35. Took about 30 min to open up and another 30 let out the flavors. Ruby red, sweet oak, bing cherry, cassis, vanilla, light body with similarities to Rutherford style. I could see this showing well for another 5 years and hello to the high alcohol %!

Sat on a veranda high up on the Amalfi Coast with this local Moscato Spumante gem, it adds a great sparkle to dessert and is bursting with apple flavour, followed by a hint of almonds. Not too fizzy and very light. Going down a treat! — 11 years ago
