Nice single vineyard New Zealand Pinot. Not the spritzy cherry rut I've fallen into, but more a full plush strawberry rhubarb pie. Earthy, pruney, and stemmy given some time. Worthy of the Hobbit scenery. 17 months in barrel. Tastes like a serious effort from a reasonably priced producer. — 8 years ago
Sensational. Still so fresh but with zesty honeyed complexity. Rich concentrated. Med sweet but firm acidity. Germany eat your heart out. — 10 years ago
