Deep ruby, intense aromas of anise, black currant, oak and black cherry. Substantial tannins at this point but there is so much stuffing to this wine it is bound to be an opulent joy in a few years — 7 years ago

It’s no CdP but a respectable #GSM blend, a little more assertive on spice than smooth fruit. — 6 years ago
The grenache spice comes through. Crimson coloured, fruity but with a savoury, lightly dry finish. So easy to drink.

Interesting comparison between the Fulldraw and Tynan wine. Both were opened about 2hrs. The flavor profile is somewhat similar between the two, showing chocolate and dark blue fruit for the Tynan and red fruit for the Fulldraw. Great spice and pepper with each. The main difference is with the tannins and finish. The tannins on the Tynan are fairly noticeable (in addition to some heat) while the Hard Point’s are already integrated. The finish on the Hard Point is incredibly long and luxurious. @Connor McMahon exceptional wine — 6 years ago

2007 Peter Michael Point Rouge Chardonnay. HB w MnD and J&D B. We loved this wine wine so much at the Heart concert and we loved it tonight. Floral, along with notes of buttery brioche and oak. However, somewhat surprisingly, as we drank this in comp to the 2013 Ridge Monte Bello Chardonnay, it did not win out. Still such a great wine that we really, really enjoyed. — 9 years ago
