Some of the happiness may indeed be because I've been a little to Californian lately. Occupational hazard. This has got pretty violet aromas mixed with herbal notes of pine and faint rosemary. Palate reflects aromas, adding dried cranberries, leather and tobacco notes. Good tannic grip. — 12 years ago
Very unusual. Fruit forward. Medium body. Very surprising. — 13 years ago

A nice slightly acidic Italian red. Not dry and has a touch of acidity. Great wine to serve over dinner, but more so to guests who may not be red lovers. Crowd pleaser. — 9 years ago

A really good Cava, especially when you consider the retail price ($12.99). Straw, golden apple, rosemary notes. Same on the palate, rich enough to mention it, huge finish, minerally, pretty, small, bubbles. I like it a lot, ya know, considering everything? — 9 years ago
