Nose of fermented grains, apple cider, and some aldehyde. Taste of some brown sugar, toffee notes, especially after stirring the sip with tongue, tea and baked apple flavor, hotness from alcohol, hint of smoky oaks, milk chocolate, dried figs, and mango. Aftertaste is some warmth in the throat, dried mango, a hint of zest, and a bit peaty. The flavors are bold but well structured at the same time. You won't be disappointed as she offers a mix of different flavors compared with bourbon and most of the Irish whisky. — 9 years ago

Young distillery on Islay. Kind of young whisky as well: somewhat citric, with a orange flavour later on, and a peat mouth. — 11 years ago
