I remember this IPA as being one of the first super hoppy American beers I tried upon moving to this fine country in 2010. It was floral, bitter and unlike anything I'd had. Since then it's become an occasional go to. Good stuff and always happy to taste. — 7 years ago
Probably the best Cab Franc I've had. — 10 years ago

Very clean. Stone, lime zest, peach. Excellent with grilled tiger prawns and scallops. — 7 years ago
An amazing Tuscan, silky but with a solid tannic structure. Extremely well balanced. Checking out Tiger at the Masters (background)! — 7 years ago
Woosh, the perfume and spice coming out of the glass is amazing - cloves and spices, but as it sat turning to menthol and Tiger Balm. Quite unusual. Cherry, pear, prune, light hints of smoke. Mild tannins. Very refreshing. — 8 years ago
Goes down wonderfully as always, fantastic pairing with Thai hot crying tiger! — 9 years ago
Derived from volcanic soil, this has zestiness, spice, vibrancy for days. Great with antipasti, especially raw fish. 70% gritty, funky, expressive Cabernet Franc and 30% round, inky Canaiolo. Some nice gamey, funky characteristics, tiger lilies, with good deep tobacco. Great pairing with salty, hard cheeses like pecorino. — 9 years ago
Like late, hot summer afternoon with a light ocean breeze coming to ease the discomfort. Hints of savory peach, dry, skin contact, beautiful color! — 6 years ago
Oh my. Almost European in its cool climate delicacy and balance. 5 years young. Drink now and over the next decade at least. — 7 years ago

Distinctive red fruits and slightly earthy. This rosé has presence. The first wine of a long evening at Italic, a superb modern Italian restaurant from the group behind Easy Tiger with an excellent wine program led by Craig Collins MS. — 8 years ago
Nicks hood. Steamed Sabah tiger garoupa, lemongrass chicken, subtle flavors to pair with the tart fruit and lifesaver sugar taste — 9 years ago
What a nice surprise this wine turned into. I Bought it only because it was marked down to under $7 and if it was bad I was going to use it for cooking. Full bodied, with blackberry, plum, black pepper and this meaty, dry, smooth finish. Needless to say I bought a couple more bottles. — 10 years ago
