Full rich aromas of peach, pineapple, vanilla, oak and lemon oils. The palate is lush and creamy but bright and clean. Flavors of peach, citrus and almond lead to bright acidity, subtle oak and a touch of pineapple core. The finish is crisp and stony with a touch of creaminess. Wonderful with quiche lorraine. — 8 years ago
Great with hearts of palm. Bought at Wegmans. — 9 years ago
Got lucky with this 1986 Margaux. Hennings in Chichester had a few bottles all of which had lost a good three quarter inch so it was hit and miss but hadn't lost any of the roundness and complexity. A "meat and potatoes" wine with full, full body and beautiful rich fruit finish. Buy it and take the punt. — 10 years ago
One of my favorites — 11 years ago
Outstanding. Just out fucking standing. Still a cherry bomb after all this d time. Perfect tannin structure. I could have crushed three of these to my face without coming up for air. — 7 years ago
Closed on day 1. Developed nicely with air over 2 days. Balanced elegant with ripe fruit and balanced oak. — 7 years ago
Very good take on Rhone style wine, with a big, fruity Shiraz being 52% of the blend. — 8 years ago

Smooth well balanced not a lot of depth but raspberry red currant and spice — 9 years ago
Light ruby red. Beautiful color. Intense and rich nose from the pop-n-pour. Plum cherries, red berries, purple floral notes, some cinnamon and a touch of petrol. Great structure on the palate with moderate acidity (6.5/10). Medium to medium plus body with tons of red berries, light broken twigs and wet minerality. Medium plus finish. We believe this is their entry level Pinot. Excellent work. Drink till 2021 — 7 years ago
Delicious wine for a great price. Very good balance of fruity and dry. This is definitely a go-to favorite. — 9 years ago

Subtle hints of red fruit and citrus on the nose. Lots of raspberry, plum and spice on the palate. Very elegant in style with refined tannins and firm fruit overtones makes this a great wine now. — 7 years ago
