I tasted the exactly same wine at the same tasting one year ago and now the edges are getting rounder, the fruit is slowly developing, still lots of herb components mixed with tons of minerals left. I always love the super high but ripe acidity, Theresa Breuer manages to integrate into her Flagship. A still young Schlossberg with tons of potential left.
