My first time with this producer. Very enjoyable and classic. Lemon, limestone, chalk, caramel dipped underripe Granny Smith apple, and a fruit taste I commonly get with Pinot meunier. Not sure if it’s included, but I’d venture to say it has a fair bit. On the lighter side with a fresh bite at the end. — 6 years ago
2016 - Pleasant bouquet, color; good body and slightly oaky finish; easy to drink. Reasonable and affordable price point at 21.99 net. — 7 years ago
1965. Birth year wine on birthday. Pronounced nose, weak in the middle, tired at the finish. But enough about me, the wine was great. Interesting at first with ripe strawberry, cherry, forest floor, cedar notes, long finish. After opening up bell pepper flavors emerged, which was fine but others may not like. I enjoy these old bottles made by the Mondavi family, this one signed by Cesare. Enriches the experience to know you are drinking an historic, old wine made by an iconic family. — 7 years ago
Suppose to be a great white wine, after dinner? Only released once a year. It had great flavor and presence for a white wine. Not dry at all. Will buy again when available l. — 8 years ago

At $3.49 a bottle, this is our daily staple from Trader Joe’s. Mild and full of flavor, an easy daily drinker that we always have around, especially great when entertaining guests. — 5 years ago
The finish is velvety just like the label. The 2016 is the best wine in its price range. A friend, Brant, brought it and I thought it should be an $85 wine and a good $85 wine at that. Lots of fruit, dark licorice, blackberries, the nose alone was enough to almost satisfy me but with a nose like that you just have to taste swirl it around to get the full flavor but of course swallow it. Too good to spit it out. Very impressed. This is my new house wine. Going out to buy several cases tomorrow. — 6 years ago

Incredibly delicious. Dry, full bodied. The guy at Bev Mo recommended it and explained that this is the best bourbon-barrel aged—they did it for just the right amount of time. Sounds weird, but so glad I tried it. — 8 years ago
It's a women's red. Not dry at all, surprisingly off-dry and soft and smooth. Not the typical cabernet . Flower, tropical fruits, spice. Strong flavours but its not too bold, the finish is a little short. — 8 years ago
We were fortunate enough to book a private tasting at their vineyard with friends this past summer. I love all of their wines, but this was a stand out. — 9 years ago
