Oloroso from Montilla Moriles DO vice sherry de Jerez. Wonderful and rich oloroso. Also unfiltered, yeah! — 10 years ago
Bubbles from Belgium! Light hint of green apples in this sparkling Chardonnay. Good apertif or a companion for something powerful - be it cheese, or might I suggest an awesome Belgium Chocolate. Perhaps even a sweet Liége-style waffle. The bottle says blanc de blancs - it's a good canvas in which to paint a good pairing vice being alone. — 11 years ago

Tonight I ride a lightly flower'd spice through luxuriant honey-stalk'd moors. Capricious tongues! Yon elixir does entice, quaffing until endrunkedness obscures a horn-mad brain pan lusting for vice. — 11 years ago

I could not tell if the nose had more plum than blackberry or vice versa. But I can say blueberries won out on the palate. There was some dirty rock as well and a touch of spice that lingered for a while. Overall average to me. It did have some nice touches, may have better with food. — 9 years ago
