Fabulous. Crisp and clean with low acidity. Very refreshing. $18.99@ Saratoga Wine Shop. Mary likes. — 10 years ago
Initially pretty funky, but became a vibrant wine with dark fruit, plush tannins, and a hint of green that keeps it from being overripe — 11 years ago
Delicious! Definitely something different. — 11 years ago
From uncorked in Saratoga. $20 — 13 years ago
Beautifully rich and complex. One of the most eclectic blends I think I've ever tried; 48% Syrah, 22% Petite Syrah, 17% Grenache, 6% Mourvèdre, 4% Tempranillo, 3% Roussanne. Agree with others that it could use a few hours decanting first. Thank you Misha for sharing this with a group of random people visiting the Big Basin Vineyards tasting room in Saratoga Ca tonight. — 9 years ago
Impressive. My 2nd bottle of this and the first was very tired. This one is vibrant. Great acidic tension and an explosive bouquet of tulip petals and champignons. — 9 years ago
Was worried the time had pasted but drinking nicely with a filet minon on closing weekend at Saratoga. A bigger nose that I would expect. Nice bouquet, definitely get sone black currant or blackberries. Pleasant find in my refrig. — 10 years ago

One from the archives. Lucky to have been graced with the presence of this great wine. 1968 vintage. The vineyard now lies beneath a multi million dollar housing estate. — 13 years ago
This is a wonderful wine from Mount Eden in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This is the little brother of Mount Eden and is called Domaine Eden. It is a blend of 75% Cab, 14% Merlot, 6% Cab Franc, 4% petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec aged two years in French Oak. I had no idea Saratoga had wine this good!!!!! It is labeled as a 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon. The cork was a bit uneven with absorption. The color is opaque! The bouquet is purple violets and ripe figs on the tree. The initial palate is weak. An almost sweet blueberry, fig, and possible elderberry beginning finishing with a buttery dry middle of the tongue tart blast of black cherry. Maybe some tree bark and moss. No spice. No acid. Very simple. Almost bland, but a good 30 dollar bottle of wine. — 9 years ago
