For a cheap red from Winc I really like it! Maybe because I just spent half a year down there but this honestly was such a pleasant surprise. — 9 years ago
Peppery and perfect with ribs. Really popped with roasted veggies. — 9 years ago
What a bad boy. Full of supple blackberry fruit from the Syrah balanced with lovely and silky tannin from the Tempranillo. Absolutely excellent flavor and structure. Truly exciting for Oregon. — 10 years ago
Oh I think I’m in love. Smoky. Steak. Jerky. Salt. Then a rich finish with a small kick of tannins. I think it’s very well balanced for its age. ❤️ — 6 years ago
Impressive wine for $20! Grapes sourced from Oregon Valleys of Willamette, Umpqua and Rogue. Cool climates enable a longer growing season, giving an intense structure. Deep Ruby with loads of Berry fruit flavors & sweet spice. Ripe fruit, cranberry and cherry, with cinnamon spice, consistent quality. On the finish, vibrant acidity, great balance and a touch of earthiness with subtle tannins. Tasting Sample. — 7 years ago
Hits the nose with strawberry and papaya notes. Mouth feel is smooth and dry with citrus hints. Finish is medium and minerally. Overall a very nice white. It develops as it warms up — 8 years ago

The best Pinot noir I've ever had — 9 years ago
my favorite vintage [2012] of this southern Oregon Bordeaux-style blend, after the '09. drinking very nicely now with medium-plus in power, good dark fruit, and balanced oak. Have drank many times on its own but overall would recommend with food... nice wine, nice price... great on the 2nd day too — 10 years ago

Mild jammy very delicious — 7 years ago
Wait, what? Southern Oregon...where’s that, and how did they come to make such amazing white wines? The sock puppet has questions. Voluptuous density with amazing balance of floral, spice, and tropical fruit notes. Gonna have to look into this Muscat thing... — 9 years ago
Vanilla hint as well — 9 years ago
2002 vintage- best of the lot in a 2004, 2005, 2006 vertical tasting, plum and dark fruit on the nose, plums prune in the mouth... fruit was waining but still balanced enough- tannins were still properly intact- was a pleasure, thanks to my Dad for making the tasting possible — 10 years ago

A blend of Syrah, Malbec and Carignan representing a new approach. The nose of plum, cherry and blueberries also has a fleshy character. Complex and expressive, the accomplished, slightly muscly, slightly juicy tannins bring volume and chalk to the palate. Very intense, lingering long on the palate. A grown-up wine.
