Inky tint, aroma of goat cheese, rich and complex. Smooth finish, dark berry, earthy but not mushroom. Ends with watermelon jolly rancher. — 8 years ago
Never been a big fan, wish I was. But they do a nice Cab Franc. OK, I have learned - let breath, even decant, for 2-3 hrs. The longer the better. It really was burn at first, but give it some time, and it really popped. Smooth, dark berries, touch of funk, a little earth, iron, leather - all the nice things you expect from a Cab. Next time I'll know better, and open sooner. — 8 years ago

Originally had at A Pimento wine dinner with the vintner. Opens up beautifully. Lush, smooth, deep wine. Dark fruits a little spice. Got 1/2 price at Kroger - a steal!! — 7 years ago
2Q18, magnum, drinking fantastically. Never had anything from this vintner, but was in the restaurant and saw this for a ‘reasonable’ price - as good as you would expect! — 7 years ago
Oh what a 2+ hour decant will do. This sings much clearer. High toned, but integrated tannins, crushed red fruits & that amazing volcanic thread, and, made by a woman vintner- thus better. I hope I can age a few of these. — 8 years ago
Grace, elegance. Still young but full of complexity. Balance of red and black fruit with hint of cream and coconut. Better version of Hall. — 6 years ago
Fruit forward flavors, a little spicy, medium body. Easy to drink. Tannins are not too strong. $19.99. Bought at Riverdale Vintner. — 8 years ago

Holy shit that was good! I usually try to describe the fruit notes and sweetness and tannins...this review does not need that . Inwood is a stand out Texas vintner. Try it. Do it. You won't be disappointed. — 9 years ago

Still fresh, well structured and balanced. Has more than a few years left. I wish I had another — 5 years ago
