Birthday wine carried to Krabi Thailand. Appropriate as it conjured long past memories of backyard, dark chocolate birthday cake, blackberry, Nana's preserves, and Pop Pop's old pipe. One of my favourite aspects of the enjoyment of wine is the trigger of memory thru taste and smell. Usually more profound than sight and hearing. Cheers to the future! — 10 years ago

@Bill Bender Bill I know that SD and CA have some of the best beers on the planet. Ballast Point Sculpin and Stone's IPA among others. Here's a few of my BC favorites: Nasty Habit- Mt. Begbie Co, Thunderpunch and Amnesiac-Phillips, Shipwreck IPA- Lighthouse Brewing and my all time favorite Fat Tug- Driftwood Brewery. Cheers 🍻
