Agree! Strawberry. Dry enough. Bing Cherry and teaberry. Some spice not too much. Fine currents on the end. Finally light tannins with a hint of licorice. Nice. — 7 years ago
A- Vintage 2012. 2017. 100 year old vine yards. Only 500 cases — 8 years ago
Still really young but so delicious-- Leather, cherry, lavender stalks, tomato leaf. The whole nine yards. Dope — 8 years ago
Everything brut rose should be. Good balance between fruit and acid. Screams summer. Good for Brooklyn yards and Hampton yachts. — 9 years ago
Tasty brew. Not bitter and not too sweet. The perfect ale. — 9 years ago
Coming from an exceptional vintage, the 2005 Viña Tondonia from R. Lopez de Heredia is a compelling blend of Tempranillo (75%), Garnacho (15%), Graciano and Mazuelo (10%), all sourced from their estate vineyards and aged for six years prior to bottling. This sensational wine opens with a bright bouquet of leather, cranberry, orange rind, forest floor and suggestions of black tea. Showing incredible focus and poise, this balanced Rioja is framed around flavors off leather, red cherry, teaberry, Mandarin orange and pipe tobacco that sit alongside brisk minerality, as the wine shows tremendous freshness and length through the long finish. This is an absolute stunning effort from this storied Estate and should continut to drink beautifully for years to come. Drink 2019-2035- 94 — 6 years ago

Beguiling nose upon open- reminiscent of 19th century general store candy counter. Violets, teaberry, strawberries & molasses with undertones of cedar, charred wood and vintage hawsers. Foresty on the palate with ripe berries and cedar. Long finish. Needs time to bleed off the tannins, likely a solid wine over the next 2-3 years. — 8 years ago
Not a merlot guys except sometimes I'll get à Francis ford Coppola blue labels !so we we're at the keg restaurant and that molly wine yards was out at that location of the boxer Shiraz McLaren vale , so then I accept to stay with those molly jocker and try their merlot from south autralia wich I never try merlot from over there and omg the nose was good and dry like I like the wine to be , I drink this wine so far with a tenderloin a+ and with a seafoods pasta a+ as well , the molly merlot his 4$ cheaper than the molly boxer Shiraz !go for it you won't be disappointed! — 9 years ago
Needs a good hour to open up, making it difficult for restaurant purchases. Super great once it is open, however.
Earth, wood (not cedar), licorice, and the slightest tobacco (think four yards away from a humidor) — 9 years ago
Id classify this as a medium body Chardonnay. Has a light citric finish, and holds well with sushi and ceviche. A good wine, but prefer the likes of Jordan 9 yards or Van Der Heyden. — 9 years ago
Pepper spices and Himalayan salty ness. Earth tones of water crest and teaberry. Some limestone tinges and slate. Dark fruits are not light and not heavy but mid pallet plum. Very different taste. — 6 years ago
Racy! A little red sports car. Highly kinetic with crunchy strawberry, cranberry, and wineberry (R. phoenicolasius) on a prominent, angular skeleton. A faint touch of barbecue spices runs the last few yards of the race as the fruit fades. Quality stuff. — 6 years ago
Blackberry on the nose. Starts off with muleberry and develops into teaberry and honeysuckle. Very smooth. Great Barbera. — 7 years ago
2008 Vosne-Romanee. This wine was pretty but not gorgeous. First sip was still all primary fruit but the mid palate lacked depth and the acidity was out of balance. The wine comes from Vosne not 200 yards from DRC, but as we know, in Burgundy terroir is everything. I'd have this again but I wouldn't search for it. — 8 years ago
Serious caramel up front. Then real eye ale throughout. Delish. — 9 years ago

A splendid ambassador of the left bank Bordeaux reds: Dark red, good body, earth and berry aromas already mature tannins , perhaps in 5-10 yards this would had been a gem! U am not too sad I did the "sacrifice" — 9 years ago

mulberry and leather on the nose. Plum, Teaberry and leather up front with a med tannin finish that brings dark fruits and earth tones. Light licorice nuances that close it off with nice spice. Love it! — 6 years ago
