I always thought this had good Provence fruit (Thank you Perrin's) at a reasonable price. I'm in the dislike camp on the bottle shape, it doesn't fit any place well, except the recycle bin. — 8 years ago

After having the 2011 for lunch we decided to pull this out of starve and pop it at Tanglewood while watching the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
This 2000 was great, mellowed tannin but still a backbone with a rose nose. — 8 years ago

Saturday night at Tanglewood with the BSO playing Britten, Adès & Beethoven, and Emanuel Ax on piano.
Fruit is decent, not much of a green note from the Merlot, certainly get the Cab. Franc on the nose. Ripe raspberry and smokey, not-too-sweet, stewed red fruit, evolving on the glass finally after two hours. — 8 years ago
Saffron and fresh cut hay on the nose is followed by more of the same on the tongue with a bit of toasted bread and fresh tartness. Picnic on the lawn at Tanglewood in a bottle. — 9 years ago

On the lawn for Tanglewood this evening, Film Night with Andris Nelsons & John Williams, mostly playing scores from JW scored films, Dracula, E.T., Indiana Jones, Close Encounters, Harry Potter and of course Star Wars!
