These are lovely Santa Ynez valley pinots... — 8 years ago
Cherry cream, toffee, tobacco at first. Well rounded. After 15 minutes or so, sweet spices and wet forest leaves. — 8 years ago
Light to medium gold. A little burnt orange and caramel in the nose. Guessed off vintage old white burg and it was sadly a 2007 Leflaive village. Drink up — 9 years ago
2010 - Complice anche la straordinaria annata, la classificazione Village per questo Chablis di Dauvissat è certamente riduttiva. Completo e coinvolgente. — 10 years ago

Very refreshing! Great acidity, light tannins, citrus / apple flavor — 8 years ago
This is a little bit behind the village Morey in development. Which is to say it shows similarly to the way the Morey did the first time I had it, but it's not as good as the Morey was the last time I had it, when it had really opened up and picked up a rich, voluptuous texture that transcended the village level. This one's not quite there yet, as it's still a bit disjointed with the cedary oak poking out, but there is a nice layer of plummy fruit underneath. — 9 years ago
Super spicy a little smoke — 10 years ago
Juicy berries (but not terribly fruity), spices, veggies, milk chocolate?? 2nd time drankin, 1st was at WD~50 — 11 years ago
Friday night random whites...
Fresh, clean and refreshing, light White peach notes. Nose is attractive, but a little too cold on first taste, so slightly closed initially.
Off-dry blend of NY's Finger Lakes region Cayuga & Vignoles, nose is really opening up nicely with some air and warming of the wine in the glass. Not overly complex, but this is a solid buy for the $10/$13 (wine club/retail) price. — 8 years ago
Oh heck. I wish I had more. I don't know Aussie wine but don't think that would make a big diff in how to interpret this oner. It is an individual and a nice one at that.
It is smooth and merlot Berry then POW there are your Gewurtztraminer spices and whoa. Despite my hatred of the color of yellow I can dig it. Yowza. — 10 years ago
#DelMaguey #Tobala 45% TOB-071 super oily, buttery & smokey with sweet floral notes, like candied flower petals — 11 years ago

Needs about a hour for the reductive quality to blow off. Very flinty, ginger, hay, and strong citrus nose. Similar to previous notes, aroma was more impressive than palate, but can't complain for a village! — 8 years ago
